The Rise - LOCATION

The Rise is situated at the heart of NOMA, or North Makati – the burgeoning art, design and culinary district just north of Ayala Avenue. The area is known for it's unique mix of galleries, delicatessens, indie music venues, and one of akind retail experiences – all of which is only a stone's throw from The Rise.

The Rise is located right in the middle of Makati City, and within walking distance from the city’s Central Business District. This also means that the Rise is also quite near all of the essential public and private facilities. Almost everything that you will ever need is within minutes from the main lobby of the Rise.

For instance, if you are wondering if there are any hospitals and medical facilities nearby in case you will need emergency medical services, you do not have to at all because there are several large, fully-equipped hospitals in the immediate area. The nearest, and most accessible of all the medical facilities is the Makati Medical Center, which is just ten minutes away from Malugay Street. Then there is also the state-funded Ospital of Makati that is around fifteen minutes away. If you are willing to travel a bit more, just a few more kilometers just outside the Makati City limits, you will find the massive St. Luke’s Medical Center in Bonifacio Global City.

Schools are also not a problem when you live inside Makati City. If you have grade school and high school students in the family, you will not have any problem looking for learning institutions as there are literally dozens of them within a two-kilometer radius of the Rise condominium. On the other hand, if there are college-aged students in the family, you have a number of options to choose from, like Centro Escolar University, Far Eastern University Makati Campus, Malayan Institute of Technology (formerly Mapua Institute of Technology), and many other colleges and universities.

If there is anything that Makati City does not have a shortage of, it is commercial shopping center. Within the Makati CBD, you will already find several large shopping malls, like Glorietta Shopping Center, SM Makati, and Greenbelt. If you want even more choices, you can take a short drive into the neighboring Bonifacio Global City in Taguig. Aside from the malls, you will also find dozens, if not hundreds, of small boutiques, shops, bistros, restaurants, cafes, and other places where you can enjoy yourself. If you live in Makati, you will never be bored ever again.

Transportation is also not a problem when you choose to live in the Rise because you are also in the middle of the biggest transportation hub in Metro Manila. Even if you do not have your own car, you will not find it difficult to get around the city and the neighboring cities because there are plenty of buses and jeepneys. All of them also have different routes that can take you anywhere you want to go in the metro. If you want something a bit faster and more reliable transportation option, you can travel by rail using the MRT-3 or the PNR railways.

The MRT can take you to the other neighboring cities like Mandaluyong, Pasay, San Juan, and Quezon City while the PNR railway can take you into the heart of Manila, and into the nearby province of Laguna. If you will be traveling by air, you only need to take a short taxi ride (around fifteen minutes or so) to get to the domestic and international airport terminals.
